ESD safe component trays for storage and transport
JEDEC matrix trays are manufactured to meet global JEDEC standards for semiconductor and component packaging. Constructed from heat-resistant, antistatic modified polysulfone, these trays are designed for use in automated pick and place systems, assembly, testing, and secure storage.
All trays share uniform JEDEC “X” and “Y” dimensions of 323mm x 136mm, allowing easy stacking and efficient use of space. The trays withstand high temperatures up to 150°C, with selected models rated up to 180°C, providing long-term stability and reliability for sensitive electronic components. Sold individually.
