Our static shielding ESD bubble bags provide dual protection by combining electrostatic shielding with impact resistance. Designed for handling sensitive electronic components, they feature a multi-layer construction that forms a Faraday cage to block external static fields, while the internal bubble wrap sack layer cushions contents from physical shocks.

The outer film is a transparent, ESD laminate that allows for easy product identification, while the inner antistatic polyethylene bubble wrap provides lightweight, flexible protection. These bubble sacks are ideal for storing or transporting printed circuit boards, semiconductors, or other electrostatic discharge-sensitive parts.

With surface resistance values of 10⁶ – 10¹⁰ ohms, the bags conform to EIA 625, EIA 541, ANSI/ESD S-20.20, and EN 61340-5-1 standards. They are RoHS and REACH compliant, fully reusable, and available in various standard sizes from 4in x 6in up to 18in x 18in – with custom sizes available on request (MOQs apply).
