Reversible 3 Layer Smooth Antistatic Bench Mat

Durable 3mm matting for static sensitive workspaces

Our smooth 3-layer ESD bench mat provides excellent antistatic protection for static-dissipative workstations. Designed for durability and easy cleaning, it ensures a perfectly flat surface ideal for assembly, testing, or repair of static-sensitive components. Suitable for use on ESD-safe workbenches in electronics, manufacturing, and repair environments. Surface resistance: 1 x 10⁶ – 1×10⁹ ohms, Bottom resistance: 1 x 10³ – 1×10⁶ ohms

The mat features a 3mm thick triple-layer construction:

  • 1.25mm static-dissipative top layer
  • 0.5mm conductive middle layer
  • 1.25mm static-dissipative bottom layer

This layered design offers consistent resistance across the surface and quick static discharge through the conductive core. The mat can be flipped to extend its service life without performance loss.

Available in sizes 60cm x 120cm, 120cm x 180cm, (pre-cut mats come with 10 mm studs fitted in each corner for easy grounding. ), or full 120cm x 12m rolls. Custom sizes and roll cuts are available on request.
