Conductive brush for removing residues from PCBs
The residue removal conductive brush is designed to aid in the removal of oil, grease, solder melts, and other residues from printed circuit boards (PCBs) when used with solvents, degreasers, or fluxes. Made from conductive plastic with low static generating synthetic fibre, it allows precise cleaning in targeted areas of the board. When held by grounded personnel, it dissipates electrostatic charges safely to ground, while the vertical shape protects the operator’s hand from scratches.
It has a bristle area of 22mm x 10mm x 12mm and a total length of 142mm, with an electrical resistance of 10⁴ ohms.
