Premium Textured Antistatic Bench Mat – 2 Layer
High-quality rubber matting with a reflection-breaking surface
This premium two-layer ESD bench mat is designed for static-safe work environments. Its textured surface reduces glare and prevents delicate components from slipping, improving both comfort and precision during work. Each pre-cut mat includes a 10mm press stud in each corner.
Constructed from durable synthetic rubber, the 2mm mat features:
- 1.5mm static-dissipative top layer
- 0.5mm conductive bottom layer
Surface resistance: 1 x 10⁶ – 1×10⁹ ohms
Offers excellent resistance to scratches, heat, solder debris, and common maintenance chemicals. The mat is suitable for loose laying with no need for adhesives and provides reliable static control.
Supplied as pre-cut mats (60cm × 120cm) with 10mm studs fitted in each corner, or as full rolls (120cm × 10m). Custom sizes and roll cuts are available on request.
