IPA Wipes – Presaturated and Laser Sealed

Laser-sealed polyester wipes saturated with 70% IPA for cleanroom use

Presaturated IPA wipes are made from 100% continuous-filament polyester with laser-sealed edges for strength and minimal fibre release. Each wipe is saturated with a controlled 70% IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and 30% DI (deionised) water solution at an optimum 38% saturation level, delivering effective cleaning without over-wetting.

Using presaturated wipes eliminates the need to store, dilute, and mix solvents in controlled environments, thereby avoiding the maintenance and documentation associated with flammable liquids. Resealable zip-lock packs help prevent evaporation and maintain consistent solvent levels for reliable performance.

Ideal for hard-surface cleaning in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, electronics, and medical device settings.
