The Integrity 24in pleated bouffant cap delivers extended hair coverage for cleanrooms, laboratories, and hygiene-controlled environments. Made from soft, lightweight, 10gsm non-woven polypropylene, it is breathable and non-linting to minimise contamination risk and maintain operator comfort during prolonged use.

Designed for ISO 7 controlled environments, the elasticated opening provides a secure, comfortable fit while preventing particle escape. The 24in diameter offers greater hair containment than standard 21 inch mob caps, making it suitable for users with longer hair or facilities requiring enhanced coverage. The caps are latex-free, non-sterile, and suitable for gamma sterilisation if required. Manufactured in ISO-certified facilities under stringent quality controls, each cap is lot-traceable and CE certified for low-risk PPE applications (Directive EU 2016/425).

The material used is a non-woven polypropylene spunbond fabric with a weight of 12gsm, offering softness, breathability, and low-lint performance. The 24in size with double elastic ensures better coverage for operators with longer hair or where enhanced contamination control is needed. The caps are provided in white, latex-free, and suitable for ISO 7 environments, ensuring compliance with cleanroom protocols.

This product is supplied non-sterile with a five-year shelf life. Also available are 21in bouffant caps in white or blue, which are ideal for shorter hair, closer fit requirements, or environments where standard coverage is sufficient. Packed 100 pcs per bag, 10 bags per carton, 1,000 total, they support efficient cleanroom stocking and high-volume usage.
