The Integrity 21in pleated bouffant cap is designed for controlled and hygiene-sensitive environments, providing reliable hair containment and wearer comfort. Made from soft, lightweight, 10gsm non-woven polypropylene, the material is breathable and non-linting to reduce particle release and support long periods of wear.

The cap features a secure elasticated opening that ensures a comfortable, snug fit for most users. With a 530mm (21in) diameter, it offers effective coverage for everyday cleanroom and hygiene use, making it suitable for cleanrooms, laboratories, food processing, and light industrial facilities.

Each cap is manufactured in ISO-certified facilities with lot-traceability and strict process control to maintain consistent quality. They are latex-free, supplied non-sterile, and can be gamma sterilised if required.

The high-quality spunbond non-woven polypropylene provides a 10gsm construction, offering breathability and contamination control. Designed for one-size-fits-most applications, they provide dependable coverage for standard hair lengths while maintaining comfort and ease of use. These caps have a five-year shelf life and meet low-risk PPE requirements under Directive (EU) 2016/425, ensuring suitability for ISO 7 cleanrooms and general hygiene applications.

Available in white or blue, the 21in variant is ideal where a closer fit is preferred. A 24in version is also available for users with longer hair or environments requiring extended coverage.
