The Monmouth Aluminium Modular Cleanroom Kit provides a high-performance, contamination-controlled environment suitable for laboratories, manufacturing, and research. Available in a range of sizes, each kit meets ISO Class 7+ standards and is designed for simple self-installation.

Controlled Contamination-Free Environment

Each modular cleanroom system includes a CAM2250 Clean Air Module for advanced air filtration, ensuring a stable, clean airflow throughout the enclosure. The soft-close sliding door minimises airflow disturbance, while integrated LED lighting provides bright, energy-efficient illumination.

Cleanroom-Grade Aluminium Framework

The structure combines 30x30mm, 30x50mm, and 30x100mm aluminium profiles with 2mm wall thickness for exceptional strength. The anodised finish offers a smooth, wipe-clean surface with no ledges to trap dust or debris, ensuring long-term durability and compliance with cleanroom standards.

Walls and ceiling panels are made from 6mm aluminium composite, with windows featuring 6mm clear polycarbonate inserts. Alternative panel materials and finishes are available on request.

Ease of Assembly
