Secure packaging for static and moisture sensitive components
Our 3.6 mil (92 micron) antistatic moisture barrier bags are designed to protect sensitive electronic components from both electrostatic discharge and moisture ingress. These ESD moisture barrier bags are constructed using multiple layers of metal and polymer to deliver excellent shielding performance while preventing vapour penetration during storage and transportation.
This moisture-resistant packaging is ideal for items such as PCBs, integrated circuits, and other static-sensitive components. The opaque, light-tight finish enhances security by concealing the contents from view, while the flexible yet durable structure offers superior puncture resistance. These moisture proof bags are also suitable for vacuum sealing, helping preserve the integrity of packed items even in challenging environments.
RoHS and REACH compliant with a surface resistance of 10⁸ – 10¹¹ ohms, these moisture barrier bags meet industry standards for the safe handling of static-sensitive devices. Available in packs of 100. Open-top bags are available in sizes from 4in x 6in up to 26.7in x 19.7in. The grip-seal bag in sizes from 3.5in x 5in up to 15in x 18in.
Also available in 4.4 mil and 6 mil thicknesses.
