Antistatic PET cover and dissipative foam for component protection
The JEDEC clear tray cover and black dissipative foam combination provide superior protection for sensitive components during transport and storage. The cover is made from antistatic PET, while the foam is manufactured from dissipative low-density polyethylene, both offering surface resistance between 1 x 10⁸ and 1 x 10¹⁰ ohms.
This durable, lightweight set is easy to handle, providing consistent ESD protection without compromising usability. The foam cushions components within the tray, while the cover seals securely to prevent contamination or movement. Designed for use with our full range of JEDEC trays and compatible with conductive hook and loop straps.
Sold individually, size 323mm x 136mm (with 6mm deep foam) to fit standard JEDEC matrix trays.
Note: not suitable for baking.
