X joint interlocking ESD floor tiles provide a tough, flexible, and modern flooring solution for static-controlled areas. Designed with a secure X joint system, the tiles fit together without adhesives, ensuring quick installation and a professional finish. They are guaranteed to provide consistent ESD performance throughout their lifespan, making them suitable for use as a primary ground.

Each tile measures 497mm x 497mm x 7mm (19.6 in x 19.6 in x 0.28 in) and has been independently tested to meet BS EN 61340-5-1:2016, IEC 61340-5-1:2016, and EN 14041:2018 standards. They provide resistance of > 3.4 × 10⁴ ohms and ≤ 5.0 × 10⁶ ohms, preventing static generation of more than 100 volts. This ensures compliance with stringent EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area) requirements.

These electrostatic dissipative tiles are particularly effective in electronics and telecommunications facilities, server rooms, clean production plants, laboratories, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, and certain food processing areas where dust explosion risks (e.g., sugar or flour dust) may occur.

In addition to ESD protection, the tiles are chemically resistant, fire-retardant, and environmentally friendly, making them a long-term, sustainable solution for static sensitive environments.

Note: Dark grey tiles are sold in packs of 4, while yellow pictogram tiles, edging strips (497mm x 90mm x 7mm / 19.6 in x 3.5 in x 0.28 in), and corner edging strips (580mm x 90mm x 7mm / 22.8 in x 3.5 in x 0.28 in) are sold individually.
