ESD Cleanroom Wipes – Polyester

Durable, low linting wipes for ESD safe environments

These ESD polyester wipes are designed for use in controlled environments where electrostatic discharge must be carefully managed. Manufactured from 100% polyester interwoven with a single-sided conductive fibre, each wipe features a white base with a black conductive fibre pattern for excellent static dissipation.

Measuring 9in x 9in (229mm x 229mm), they have a weight of 140gsm ± 5gsm and a thickness of 0.46mm ± 0.03mm. With a surface resistivity of 10⁶ ohms, these wipes provide reliable ESD protection, making them ideal for electronics assembly, laboratories, and ISO 5–6 cleanroom environments.

They deliver high absorbency performance with a capacity of ≥ 308 ml/m² and an absorbency rate of ≤ 1 second, ensuring rapid liquid uptake for efficient cleaning. The wipes are static dissipative, low linting, abrasion resistant, and do not release unwanted fibres or particles, even under frequent use.

These wipes are supplied dry (not presaturated) and can be used with specialist solutions for added flexibility.
