HALYARD PUREZERO HG5 white nitrile disposable gloves are designed for contamination-sensitive environments such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing. Available in white or blue, they deliver consistent cleanliness and dependable protection for critical applications, and have been tested against 2 chemotherapy drugs and 21 chemicals.

Each glove is 12 in (305 mm) long, non-sterile, and ambidextrous. Clean-processed through repeated deionised water washes, they minimise particles and extractables, making them suitable for ISO Class 5 cleanrooms. With a tensile strength of 204 MPa and a beaded cuff for easy donning, they offer durability, comfort, and a secure fit during extended wear. Formulated without chemical accelerators, HG5 gloves reduce the risk of skin irritation and allergic reactions common with conventional nitrile gloves, making them ideal for sensitive users or facilities with strict chemical safety standards.

Choose between the white textured gloves or the blue SGX (smooth-grip technology) version based on your application. Both offer excellent tactile sensitivity and are suitable for double-donning procedures (white as outer, blue as outer or inner). These non-sterile gloves integrate seamlessly with standard gowning and PPE protocols.
