ESD Toe Grounder
Elasticated, reusable solution for slip-on and heeled footwear
The ESD toe grounder is designed to provide a reliable path-to-ground for operators wearing high-heeled or slip-on footwear. Its elasticated design ensures a secure and comfortable fit, with a built-in 1 megohm safety resistor for safe static dissipation. For best performance, toe grounders should be worn on both feet.
Reusable and hand-washable with mild detergent, this one-size-fits-all solution is built for long-term use. The double-layer conductive rubber cup measures 3.5mm x 19cm, featuring a black outer surface with a resistance of 10³–10⁴ ohms and an ivory inner surface with a resistance of 10⁸–10⁹ ohms. The grey conductive tab provides resistance of 10³–10⁴ ohms, ensuring effective grounding in conjunction with ESD flooring.
Toe grounders should be tested periodically using an ESD test station.
