Lightweight, static-dissipative protection for electrostatic control environments
This ESD lab coat is made from a lightweight, comfortable, static-dissipative fabric designed to provide reliable protection in electrostatically protected areas (EPAs). Constructed from a blend of 65% polyester, 31% cotton, and 4% carbon fibre, it features a 5mm woven antistatic grid, snap fasteners, and studded cuffs, to ensure consistent charge dissipation across the garment.
The coat offers a surface resistance of 10⁴ – 10⁶ ohms and is certified to EN 61340-5-1 standards, making it suitable for environments where ESD control is critical. It is fitted with press-stud fastenings down the front and two adjustable press-stud closures on the sleeves, providing a secure and tailored fit. The ESD symbol on the left sleeve ensures clear identification within EPAs.
Lightweight yet durable, this lab coat is machine washable up to 60°C without compromising its ESD performance.
