Carbon ESD PU tip gloves provide reliable protection when handling or transporting devices that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. They combine fingertip precision with long-lasting static control, making them ideal for use in EPAs and cleanrooms.

The gloves feature a carbon filament made from a 3-layer composite fibre, with a carbon-rich dissipative polymer core enclosed between two nylon layers. This structure generates a corona discharge effect, reducing static build-up and preventing damage to sensitive equipment. Knitted with 13-gauge fabric and composed of 80% nylon and 20% carbon, they deliver a comfortable fit and excellent durability.

Each glove has a natural light grey carbon liner with PU-coated white fingertips for enhanced grip and ESD protection. The uncoated palm and back improve airflow, reducing perspiration and keeping the gloves breathable even during prolonged wear. With a surface resistance of 10⁶ – 10⁸ ohms, they provide consistent antistatic performance across a range of environments.

Size identification is easy with colour-coded cuffs: white (S), green (M), grey (L), and yellow (XL). These gloves can be laundered in a standard washing machine at temperatures up to 40°C using a non-biological detergent.
