ESD Heat Resistant Gloves

High-temperature protection with antistatic safety

ESD heat resistant gloves provide dual protection against electrostatic discharge and high temperatures, making them ideal for cleanroom and industrial environments. Available in two performance levels at 150°C and 300°C, they allow operators to handle hot surfaces safely without compromising comfort or dexterity.

These antistatic gloves have a surface resistance of 10⁹ ohms/sq. and measure 28cm in length, offering full coverage for the hands and wrists. The dual-sided design extends product life, while the layered construction combines advanced materials for superior safety.

The palm is reinforced with Twaron filament fibre fabric laminated with silicone rubber, delivering excellent heat and abrasion resistance. The back is constructed from Nylon LUANA with TORAY antistatic fibre, a PU film lamination, and a 5mm conductive fibre stripe for effective static dissipation. An inner air layer, featuring insulating felt and a soft nylon tricot lining, ensures both protection and wearer comfort.

Engineered for applications where extreme heat and static control are critical, these gloves are suitable for use in electronics, aerospace, manufacturing, and cleanrooms.
