Conductive grid-patterned tape for static-safe packaging and sealing
ESD grid tape is a high-performance polypropylene tape featuring a conductive grid pattern printed on its surface and a static dissipative coating for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPAs). Manufactured from low-residue, silicone-free materials, this tape ensures a secure, clean seal while protecting sensitive components from electrostatic discharge.
Each roll is 40m long on a 3in core, with a total thickness of 0.15mm and a tensile strength of 28N per 10mm. Fully printed with the ESD caution symbol, it conforms to EN 61340-5-1/5-2, BS3887, and DEFSTAN 75.7/1 standards. Available in multiple widths for versatile applications.
