This disposable face mask has been specifically developed for use in hygiene-critical, contamination-controlled environments. Manufactured in ISO-compliant facilities, it offers superior particle control and operator comfort, making it suitable for cleanrooms, laboratories, and healthcare applications.
Each mask features a 3-ply construction, including a 25gsm melt-blown filter layer and two 20gsm ES composite fibre layers (ethylene-propylene side-by-side). This combination provides a high filtration efficiency of greater than 95% while maintaining breathability. The flat aluminium noseband allows precise adjustment, ensuring a secure seal around the nose bridge.
The soft knitted earloops are gentle on the skin and keep the mask securely in place, even during extended wear. Measuring 210mm x 90mm, each mask is strong, splash-resistant, and designed to reduce fibre shedding thanks to its lint-free composition.
