This disposable cleanroom face mask provides dependable protection against airborne particulates and bacteria, making it ideal for controlled environments such as ISO Class 5 and above. Constructed from a 3-layer non-woven material, it combines strength, comfort, and breathability for extended wear.

The mask’s outer layers are made from 100% non-woven polypropylene, while the inner filter layer is 100% melt-blown polypropylene, offering a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of ≥ 90% and a particle filtration efficiency of ≥ 85%. The malleable flat aluminium noseband ensures a secure fit, reducing the risk of gaps and maintaining user comfort.

This mask is non-sterile, latex-free, and supplied in white for a professional appearance. It provides an effective balance of comfort, breathability, and protection for operators in cleanrooms, laboratories, and electronics assembly areas.
