A robust packaging method for shipping larger components or bulk items
Corstat transit packs provide a reliable, cost-effective solution for storing and transporting static-sensitive components. Manufactured from conductive fibreboard with a high-performance Corstat coating, these boxes form a complete Faraday cage to protect contents from electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Available in a comprehensive range of standard sizes these boxes can be supplied either flat-packed for efficient storage and shipping or pre-assembled and pre-lined with pink antistatic profiled foam for immediate, cushioned protection, helping to minimise handling damage during transit.
Each box maintains a surface resistance of 10⁵ ohms, ensuring consistent static protection across all surfaces. The durable construction and ESD-safe properties make these boxes ideal for use in electronics manufacturing, repair, and assembly environments where component integrity is critical.
