Corstat component boxes are manufactured from conductive corrugated fibreboard and feature a durable coating that delivers full Faraday cage protection. This conductive layer safeguards static-sensitive devices from electrostatic discharge (ESD), ensuring safe storage and transport across a range of environments.

When lined with pink antistatic flat or profile foam (or conductive foam*), these boxes help eliminate the risk of static damage, reducing costly product failures and improving reliability. Ideal for the secure handling of circuit boards, electronic assemblies, and precision components.

Fully recyclable, biodegradable, and chemically inert, these boxes offer an environmentally responsible packaging solution that requires no special handling or disposal measures. Their robust yet lightweight design makes them practical for high-volume or long-term use. These boxes combine performance with sustainability.

Available in 8 sizes: from 40mm x 40mm x 15mm up to 178mm x 89mm x 25mm (see the TDS or select from the options for foam type used per box)

Component boxes can be supplied:

• Assembled with foam lining – pre-lined with soft antistatic flat or profiled foam for immediate, cushioned protection*
• Flat-packed without foam – a cost-efficient, space-saving option for flexible storage and shipment
