Description

ESD & Cleanroom Conical Foam Top Swabs

Effective cleaning for hard-to-reach areas

These conical foam swabs are designed for precision cleaning in controlled environments. The head is made from compressed, open-cell polyurethane foam with a 100 ppi (Z) density, ensuring strong absorbency, firmness, and compatibility with a wide range of solvents, including acetone. Thermal bonding is used instead of adhesives or coatings, thereby preventing contamination and maintaining clean surfaces.

The pointed conical foam swab tip allows access to tight, slotted, or confined areas, making the swab especially useful in cleanrooms and electrostatic protected areas (EPAs). The green polypropylene handle provides strength and control while resisting particle shedding to maintain cleanroom standards.

Each swab measures 3 inches (76 mm) in total length and is supplied non-sterile in packs of 500. Suitable for general-purpose cleaning in laboratories, cleanrooms, and static-sensitive environments, these swabs provide a reliable and efficient solution for precision applications.
