Durable conductive brush for precision PCB cleaning
The conductive brush (S008) is designed for use in ESD-protected areas, making it ideal for cleaning printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other static-sensitive equipment. Manufactured from conductive plastic with low static generating synthetic fibres, it removes dust, dirt, and process residues without creating additional static.
When handled by grounded personnel, the brush ensures electrostatic charges are safely dissipated to ground, reducing the risk of damage to delicate assemblies. Its extended bristle length makes it particularly effective for accessing fine details and hard-to-reach areas on electronic components.
The S008 brush has bristles measuring 131mm in length, 32mm in height, and 255mm in width. With a surface resistance of 10³–10⁸ ohms, it provides dependable static control in electronics production and other EPA environments.
