Durable, double-sided conductive rubber mat

This black conductive chemical resistant matting is made from high-quality textured rubber, designed for use on both floors and benches in static-controlled environments. It provides excellent durability, heat resistance, and rapid static discharge, making it ideal for demanding ESD applications.

Manufactured from 1.5mm thick conductive rubber, this mat features a surface resistivity of 1×10³ – 10⁵ ohms and a maximum temperature resistance of 130°C. Its double-sided textured surface improves grip and stability while ensuring effective grounding. The mat has a static decay time of less than 0.01 seconds (from 1000V to 100V), allowing fast dissipation of charge.

For sensitive electronic components, dissipative matting may be preferred, as it provides a slower, more controlled discharge to prevent potential component damage

Available in pre-cut sizes: 35.5cm × 5.5cm (no studs), 55cm × 90cm (4 x 10,mm corner studs), 55cm × 120cm (4 x 10mm corner studs), and on a roll 120cm × 12m (no studs). Custom sizes and roll cuts are available on request.
