Mini Component Packaging Reels – 7in

Durable HIPS reels for small electronic component packaging

Antistatic component packaging reels provide reliable protection when shipping small components packaged in carrier tape, such as bare die and ICs. Made from high impact polystyrene (HIPS) for strength and durability, these 178mm (7in) reels are available in 8mm, 12mm, 16mm and 24mm widths. Surface resistance: 1 x 10⁵ – 10¹¹ ohms

Each reel features a 13mm (0.5in) arbor hole and the reel flange accommodates labels up to 50mm x 100mm. Store in original packaging between 20°C – 30°C and allow to stabilise at room temperature before use. Mechanical integrity is not affected by humidity.

8mm (318 reels per case)
12mm (228 reels per case)
16mm (180 reels per case)
24mm (126 reels per case)
