Antistat’s portfolio of embossed carrier tape are manufactured from either PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), PS conductive (conductive polystyrene) or paper.  All are available in a variety of widths and pocket sizes. As well as standard sizes, custom pocket designs and dimensions are available on request. 

These carrier tapes offer exceptional protection as each pocket within the tape conforms to the shape of the component for a snug fit, holding it firmly in place during handling and transportation.

The tape allows for smooth, reliable feeding into pick-and-place machines while the embossed pockets ensure that the components are positioned correctly and consistently. Using this tape improves pick accuracy for high-speed production lines and reduced downtime.
