John Hensley

CEO

Equipped with a pedigree in military communications, electronics, and a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology, John started his first company at 21 years old with the backing of The Prince’s Youth Business Trust and gained immediate market penetration with a timely solution for a global cold war satellite and aerospace project. That same entrepreneurial spirit and ability to identify trends and needs in the technology sectors saw the emergence of a synergistic yet diverse set of businesses to form what is now Antistat, and Integrity Cleanroom.

As Antistat’s CEO, John is driving his team to grow the business with a clear focus on product excellence, unrivalled service, and innovation.

Michele King

CFO

Michele heads up the finance team and a board Director, as group CFO. Her role was made a board position in 2007, having formerly been retained as a finance consultant for Ant Group.

Maintaining fluid and consistent finances across the group operating in several territories and multiple currencies takes great planning and fiscal management. Michele’s team creates the structure around the group financial management and planning to sustain and build on current sales & marketing activity to increase sales with efficient people, tools and budget management.

Ron Tosh

COO

After graduating from University, Ron began his career as a computer programmer in the city of London. After a series of swift promotions, he became group IT Manager for the UK’s largest independent component distributor. The development of software and systems implemented under his direction allowed the company to quickly treble in size. Subsequent positions followed as both Operations Director and Managing Director of the same organisations’ manufacturing division that gave him insight into every aspect of the business and an excellent understanding of supply chain management.

Ron was appointed as Operations Director to the Ant Group board in 2007. Since that time the company has grown exponentially due to John’s vision and Ron’s unique ability to turn this vision into procedures and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction.

We serve over 600 active customers in 48 countries, partnering with key distributors worldwide. Our global sourcing, manufacturing, and service teams manage all supply chain operations. With a 40,000 sq. ft UK distribution center and offices across the EU and US, we ensure seamless delivery.

ESD Protection

We provide over 2000 individual EPA products to ensure customers can reduce unnecessary damage. We specialise in personnel grounding equipment, ESD monitoring, testing equipment, ESD flooring, and static-safe shipping materials.
